Check-in time is 14:00; Check-out time is latest at noon (12:00).

Early check-in
It is subject to room availability and occupancy level. Please contact the resort before your arrival for early check-in requests.

Extending check-out time
Check-out time can be extended after consulting with front desk at least 24 hours prior of actual departure time.

Documents
Identification certificate for all the guests is mandatory.
All guests are required to present a valid identification or passport upon check-in or can be sent via mail prior check-in.

Children 5 years and below: No extra charge applicable.

Children between 6 to 12 years: Meal rate is applicable, Room rate is free if shared with parents.

Children above 12 years: Meal rate is applicable, Room rate is applicable.

Room: All rooms are non-smoking, but it has balcony for smoking.

Indoor: Smoking in indoor spaces is strictly prohibited.

Outdoor: Smoking outdoor is allowed at designated areas.

Charges: Cleaning charge of NPR 10,000.00 will be charged if smoked inside the bed room.

Illegal: If found consumption of illegal items inside resort premises, resort has full rights to check-out guest (individual/group). Guest must pay the bill applied for the day.

Any damage caused to the property or violation of the rules and excessive drinking (and vomiting) in the property shall not be tolerated. The group/individual will be fined accordingly in any of these cases as a cleaning fee.

• No charge applicable if cancelled 72 hours prior to the time of check-in.
• 50% of first night on total quoted room rate will be charged if cancelled between 72 hours and 24 hours prior to the time of check-in.
• 100% of first night on total quoted room rate will be charged if cancelled less than 24 hours prior to check-in or not showing up

• Cancellation refund will be made after deducting cost of any arrangement made as per guest's special request and if any condition meets our cancellation policy.
• Any other refund will be made within 3 operational days only if the case filed by guest results valid after screening

• Foods and beverages brought from outside is not allowed at the property.
• Beer brought from outside is completely forbidden to consume inside resort's premises.
• Charges for any imported liquor is NPR 2000.00 Nett.
• Charges for any domestic liquor is NPR 1500.00 Nett.
